De-Matting

Service Description

Whilst we will endeavor to De-matt your dog in accordance with your requested Groom style, please be aware due to additional time taken, this will be a more costly process for you. As De-matting is very time consuming, without prior notice, a re-scheduled appointment may be required to allow more time for the full process to be completed. This procedure is unpleasant for most dogs. However we will only continue De-Matting within your dogs comfort level, as an alternative we may at any time throughout the Groom suggest your dog be shaved down completely. What do you do for a severely matted dog? Whilst we may still be able to shave the dog's coat down completely, If your dogs coat has become severely matted or has not been cared for in a while, you may be advised to take a trip to the Veterinarian as an uncared-for coat and extremely matted hair can easily cause skin irritation or infection which may require treatment by a Veterinary Professional.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule appointment a minimum of 2 working days notice period is required. Notice within 2 working days time period may be subject to £30 cancellation fee.
